At Get Social With Lily we work with our clients to generate authentic partnerships that lead to highly engaging thumb-stopping content.
Our purpose is to facilitate authentic partnerships that are always mindful of the power that social media holds and the responsibility that comes with being a positive influence in our digital world today.
Since launching GSWL Talent in June 2024 we have built an exclusive roster of incredible creators, working with brands to create engaging and high quality content for campaigns, our non-exclusive roster holds over 100 creators and is expanding by the day!

Lily Herridge-Baker
CEO & FOUNDER OF GSWL
11 years ago, I filmed my first ever YouTube video following my interest for content creation. This led to my career in social media.
At 15 I was running businesses social media pages and the results were just skyrocketing, this is what made me realise that this was the job I wanted to fulfil. I researched more into Social Media Marketing and decided that 'I can do that'.
So, I read the books, joined the courses, sat through endless masterclasses, listened to every podcast under the sun and watched as many YouTube videos and TikTok's that I could find. I originally started out in Social Media Management until I found my real passion for Influencer Marketing in June 2024!
Fast forward 3 years, I now own a business doing what I love!

What does GSWL do?At Get Social With Lily, we connect influencers with brands to create impactful collaborations. We provide comprehensive talent management, campaign strategy, and brand partnerships to help influencers grow and succeed in their careers.

How can I join the agency?To join, visit our website and fill out the application form at the bottom of our homepage. We’ll review your profile, audience, and content to determine if you’re a good fit for our roster. If selected, our team will reach out to you for the next steps.

What if I have a small following, can I still apply?Absolutely! We value micro-influencers and nano-influencers who have engaged audiences. If you’re passionate and create high-quality content, we encourage you to apply.

Can I work with other agencies whilst signed to GSWL?This depends on your agreement with us. Some contracts are exclusive, meaning you’ll work solely with us for representation, while others are non-exclusive. We’ll discuss these details during the onboarding process.

Does it cost anything to join the agency?To join our non-exclusive roster, we charge a one time fee of £40. However if you are accepted onto our exclusive roster than joining our agency is free. We operate on a commission basis, earning a percentage of the revenue generated from brand partnerships.
